Foreign language and multi-lingual units are also available.</h1> <h1>Flexible software also allows for simple interface with loop sounder modules.</h1> <h1>The Fire-Cryer<span class="mt-sup">®</span> voice message sounders provide simple, cost-effective fully synchronised voice annunciation for all forms of evacuation and information broadcast.</h1> <h1><b>Fire-Cryer and Mini Fire-Cryer<span class="mt-sup">®</span></b></h1> <h1> <h1> <h1><b>Midi & Maxi Fire-Cryers<span class="mt-sup">®</span></b></h1> <h1>The Maxi and Midi high-powered Fire-Cryer<span class="mt-sup">®</span> models are designed for less hospitable environments such as industrial applications, large open spaces like warehouses and factories, and other areas of public gathering or transit. </h1> </h1> <h1> <h1><b>The BansheeMT Multi-Tone Sounder Range</b></h1> <h1>Incorporating 32 tones and suitable for use in an array of applications, the BansheeMT replicates the performance of the established Banshee and Bedlam sounders.</h1> <h1>Dutch, French, German, Swedish and UK industry-standard tones are among the features of the MT range which incorporates the BansheeMT, WaferMT and FlashToneMT.</h1> <h1>This class-leading range has both eyes firmly on the expectations of the user, the architect and the installer. Designed with aesthetics in mind, the range is easily installed with robust terminals and push and twist bayonet fitting.</h1> <h1>The MT range can be supplied company branded and is complemented by a unique series of purpose-made accessories.</h1> <h1>For hazardous areas the Banshee IS28 is intrinsically safe.</h1> </h1> </h1> <h1> <h1><b>Fire Alarm Bells</b></h1> <h1>The bell remains the most commonly used alarm for fire evacuation systems. Recognising this, Vimpex continue to innovate with their all-aluminium range of fire alarm bells.</h1> <h1>Five bells make up the range of 150mm (6 inch) and 200mm (8 inch) internal and external units. Being of aluminium construction, our bells have a very high volume output matched with extremely low power consumption - just 11mA for the 150mm internal.</h1> <h1>The specially designed weatherproof bells have an aluminium back box giving either single or double threaded entry for maximum flexibility in installation. This is supplied as a full fixing kit with gasket and screws.</h1> <h1>As with the Vimpex sounder range, all bells can be supplied branded with your company logo.</h1> <h1> <h1> <h1><b>Fire Alarm Callpoint</b></h1> <h1>The ‘ReSet' is a unique manual call point that mimics the feel of breaking glass whilst offering the user the benefits and environmental advantages of a resettable operating element.</h1> <h1>The 'ReSet' uses a simple yet ingenious patented device which consists of a rigid plastic operating element and an over-centre spring mechanism. This arrangement provides real action on operation and simulates break glass activation.</h1> <h1>An indicator drops into view at the top of the window after the device has been operated. The unit is then simply reset with a key and is ready for immediate re-use.</h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1><b>Easy AV Strobe Conversion</b></h1> <h1>Easy AV is the smart way to convert existing installations of Besson’s Banshee and Bedlam‡ as well as Fulleon’s Roshni* sounders to DDA-compliant sounder/strobes. The Easy AV is an ingenious strobe ring that retrofits onto existing Banshee and Roshni products without the need to remove the existing wall mounted base or change the wiring.</h1> <h1>The Easy AV is supplied with handy flying leads that allow quick and easy installation in less than 3 minutes - all you need is a screwdriver.</h1> <h1>Easy AV incorporates a high output dual strength LED strobe that makes it a cost-effective solution for DDA compliance. As it is powered from the sounder circuit, Easy AV requires no additional power supplies. Interfaced with the fire alarm system, the door retainers are de-energised as soon as the fire is detected thus releasing the door without the potentially harmful delay suffered by other types of devices.</h1> <h1>All Vimpex door retainers feature metal enclosures to guard against heat fatigue - a problem associated with lower quality, plastic enclosures. Each magnet has an individually calibrated ejector pin which ensures that residual magnetism does not affect performance.</h1> <h1><b>Conforms to BS EN1155  Building Hardware  Electrically powered hold-open devices for swing doors.</b></h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1> <h1><b>Stopper Range</b></h1> <h1>The Stopper range has been designed to protect essential fire and security equipment and counteracts the effects of malicious false alarms, fire extinguisher theft or misuse, detector damage and the unauthorised use of emergency exit doors.</h1> <h1><b>Hydrosense Water Detection System</b></h1> <h1>The Hydrosense Water Detection System is designed to protect areas where water leakage could seriously damage electrical, communication and computer networks. When installed in vulnerable areas it continuously monitors for water leaks. Hydrosense can be installed in a wide range of applications including HVAC, sprinkler systems and water-cooled plant.</h1> <h1><b>Hazardous Area Products</b></h1> <h1><b>Intrinsically Safe Sounder<br> <br> </b>The IS28 Banshee is an intrinsically safe sounder for use in hazardous areas. It is available in either high or low frequency versions each with four tones: buzz, fast sweep, slow sweep and continuous.</h1> <h1>The high frequency unit has a sound output signal based on 2,600Hz for maximum audibility. The low frequency model has the sound output centred on 900Hz to satisfy installations that demand a low frequency sounder.</h1> <h1>The IS28 is ATEX compliant and is suitable for use in all zones (0, 1 and 2). The product should only be connected to the fire alarm system via an approved galvanic isolator or zener barrier.</h1> <h1><b>Barriers and Isolators</b></h1> <h1>DIN rail mounted MTL galvanic isolators and zener barriers for use with both the IS28 sounder and the BA386 beacon are available from Vimpex.</h1> <h1><b>Intrinsically Safe Beacon</b></h1> <h1>The BA386 is an ATEX-certified intrinsically safe beacon which will produce a visual warning for hazardous areas (zones 0, 1 and 2).
