Collapsed concrete presents the rescuer with particular issues as rebar is notoriously difficult to cut.</h1> <h1><b>Solution:</b></h1> <h1>‘Dirty breaches’ where rescuers cut into slabs of concrete to reach potential victims are made much easier by the <a href="orc.htm" target="_self">ORC 16mm and 19mm bar cutters</a>.
