RoHS Policy

RoHS Directive 2015/863 (RoHS3)

At Vimpex Ltd, we are committed to protecting the environment and ensuring that our products are safe for our customers to use. In support of this commitment, we have implemented a policy to comply with the European Union's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.

The RoHS directive aims to reduce the amount of hazardous substances in electronic and electrical equipment to minimize their impact on human health and the environment. The directive restricts the use of certain substances, including lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in electronic and electrical equipment.

At Vimpex Ltd, we have taken the following steps to ensure our compliance with RoHS:

  1. We have implemented a process to identify and assess the hazardous substances used in our products.
  2. We have worked closely with our suppliers to ensure that our products are free from restricted substances, and we require our suppliers to provide documentation demonstrating compliance with RoHS.
  3. We have trained our employees on RoHS requirements to ensure that they understand the importance of compliance and are equipped to meet these requirements.
  4. We conduct regular reviews to ensure that our products meet RoHS requirements.

At Vimpex Ltd, we believe that our commitment to compliance with RoHS is an essential part of our environmental responsibility and our dedication to providing safe and sustainable products to our customers.Top of Form
