Application-Specific VMIS

This product provides a secure method for safely isolating the mains voltage supply to re systems in accordance with BS 5839: Part 1 : 2025. The unit is supplied in a complete enclosure, which is a standard single gang format withpreformed holes for mounting on a surface or 20 mm conduit box. The unit can be accessed by rectangular surface trunking. Please follow the latest IET electrical wiring practices when installing the product.

These new application-specific VMIS (Vimpex Mains Isolator Switch) are an expansion to the range, with dedicated isolator switches for:
•Lockdown Control Panel
•Voice Sounder (for use with our Multi Message Systems)
•Water Leak Control Panel
Each variant has clear, unmistakable identification of Mains Isolation. Labelling directly with the application, installers can deliver easily distinguishable installations.
In addition to the new standard variants, our in-house pad printing capability enables us to offer customised isolator switches tailored to specific project requirements.
