The Big John Pulaski is a high-performance combination tool built for initial attack crews, forestry brigades and rural teams working the most demanding ground.

Where a traditional Pulaski uses a forged head, the Big John is built from Hardox 450 steel plate. That material gives exceptional resistance to the continuous wear of field use, and a correspondingly long working life.

The steel quality allows finer, sharper edges that penetrate ground with less effort and can be resharpened quickly in the operational area.

It is designed for firebreak construction, clearing vegetation, roots, timber and surface soil down to mineral earth. It works equally well opening tracks and access through dense scrub, and for digging and fuel removal in wet, sandy or compacted soils.
